Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Recruit With Azhar, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in the Course.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the Course content.
  • No refund will be provided if more than 20% of the Course content has been accessed or after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to azhar@recruitwithazhar.com with your order details and reason for the request.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • If you have downloaded or accessed the majority of the Course content.
  • If the refund request is made after the 7-day refund window.
  • If the Course was purchased during a promotional or discounted offer (unless otherwise stated).
  • If your access has been terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us at azhar@recruitwithazhar.com.
  • However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined above.
  • Once you cancel, you will lose access to the Course content immediately.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the Course, please contact us immediately at azhar@recruitwithazhar.com.
  • We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds due to technical issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Order number and payment receipt
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Date of purchase

7. Changes to This Policy

  • Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Your continued use of the Course indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
